Full Journal pdf1997-05-05 House Journal Page 1530 HB 114 Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1391) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 114 "An Act relating to health care data and registration of births." 1997-05-05 House Journal Page 1531 HB 114 and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 114(RLS) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Porter moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 114, thus adopting SCS HB 114(RLS), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 114? The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS HB 114(RLS) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
